2" LED luminaries product line

This product line was developed by me for Lumato lighting company. The beauty of this product line is the quality of the light, compact form factor, and the performance unparalleled to the competition with a bigger aperture. This line features an onboard driver, new lens' options, multiple sensors options, and the illuminated 90-degrees corners. 

   
The biggest challenge with this project was the 2-inch wide design envelope that everything had to fit into. An innovative sheet metal joining bracket was created to allow two or more fixtures to be mated seamlessly into a continuous row or fixtures. The new options for the Illuminated Edges were created as well. These improvements along with the others show my ability to deliver elegant and robust design solutions.​

Every aspect of this project, from mechanical parts and extrusions to heat testing to the marketing literature and assembly instructions were delivered by me in 8 months. UL certification and the photometry testing were done by my coworker.
