Grid - accent luminaires

​  Grid is a sculptural object that provides accent illumination rather than being a primary source of light. This product was inspired by the look of vintage radios and lines of modern architecture. This piece is designed to function as a tabletop lamp or a wall sconce.

​  Grid is simple in its design. It has two intersecting rectangles that are made from very different materials that go side by side in modern architecture.

Grid pair was designed and built by me for my Metals 2017 Fall class. Project duration - 4 weeks
